There is no additional charge for this shuttle. It is included in the resort fee.  All scheduled times are based on normal traffic and weather conditions and may occasionally run 10 to 20 minutes late. The shuttle will not leave ahead of schedule. Neither The Point Orlando nor New Way Tours & Transportation nor Metro will be responsible for any missed shuttles. No reimbursement will be made for alternative taxi or limousine service under any circumstances.  Handicap services must be scheduled 24 hours in advance, motorized scooters and foldable wheel-chairs are NOT eligible for wheel-chair accessible vehicle. Copy of handicap health card will be required for scheduling a wheel-chair accessible vehicle. The Shuttle reserves the right to refuse the services to anyone who disregards rules and regulation of shuttle services.  Metro Shuttle will not be responsible for lost or stolen items left on shuttle buses. Groups of 10 or more may not use the courtesy shuttle. Please call for a private charter.
