Yes. Hotel offers complimentary refresh service, which is replacing towels, removing trash and making the beds. For additional cleaning there will be a fee.
The hotel does not provide Airport Transportation. Taxi cabs are readily available and we are more than happy to coordinate for you, to or from the airport. An average taxi cab ride is between $45-$50 for up to 4 people, one way. In addition, there is a service called Mears Transportation that takes arriving guests from the airport to their hotel for $18.00/per person. You can contact them at 407-422-2222 to coordinate any transportation. Depending on the number of individuals arriving you can choose the one that would be the most economical for you.
Hotel offers scheduled shuttles to Epcot (Walt Disney World theme parks), SeaWorld, and Universal Orlando. Click here for full details and the shuttle schedule. The iTrolley offers shuttle service to all the International Drive attractions for a modest fee.
The hotel service fee is $11.00, plus taxes, and includes self-parking, scheduled shuttle service to theme parks, in-room coffee service, use of fitness center, local and toll-free phone access and internet access.
We now have a Universal kiosk in the lobby, where you can buy a variety of Universal and Blue Man Group tickets. For other theme parks, it is recommended to research theme park tickets and purchase them online, prior to arriving at the resort.

No. The Barista, in the lobby, does have a buffet breakfast and a la carte options available for purchase. Seasonally, certain packages or special promotions may offer a breakfast-inclusive package.
