What Are The Hotel Check-In And Check-Out Times?
Check in time is 4:00 p.m.
Check-out is 11:00 a.m.
Does The Hotel Accept Pets?
No, pets are not accepted at The Point Hotel and Suites on Universal Blvd.
Does Hotel Offer Housekeeping?
Yes. Hotel offers a complimentary refresh service that includes replacing towels, removing trash and making the beds. For additional cleaning there will be a fee.
Does The Hotel Offer Shuttle Service To The AIRPORT?
The hotel does not provide Airport Transportation. Taxicabs are readily available and we are more than happy to coordinate for you, to or from the airport. An average taxicab ride from the airport is $45-$50 for up to 4 people, one way. In addition, there is a service called Mears Transportation that takes arriving guests from the airport to their hotel for $18.00/per person. You can contact them at 407-422-2222 to coordinate any transportation. Depending on the number of individuals arriving you can choose the one that would be the most economical for you.
Does The Hotel Offer Shuttle Service To The Theme Parks?
This hotel offers scheduled shuttles to Epcot (Walt Disney World theme parks), SeaWorld, and Universal Orlando. The I-Ride Trolley offers shuttle service to all the International Drive attractions for a modest fee. The Point Hotel and Suites on Universal Blvd is a great option for hotels with shuttle service.
What Is The Hotel Service Fee?
The hotel service fee is $11.50, plus taxes, and includes scheduled shuttle service to theme parks, in-room coffee service, starter kit, self-parking, use of fitness center, local and toll-free phone access and internet access. Please note that fees may be subject to change.
DOES THE HOTEL REQUIRE A DEPOSIT FOR INCIDENTALS?
Yes, the hotel requires a $50.00 deposit per night. This is an authorization on your credit card for incidental purposes only. The authorization will be released upon check-out if you do not incur any incidentals. This may take 5 to 8 business days to reflect on your statement depending on your bank.
Is There A Way To Purchase Theme Park Tickets At The Hotel?
At our concierge desk in the lobby guests can purchase theme park tickets to all Orlando attractions, including Universal Studios, Blue Man Group, Disney World, Seaworld, and more!
What Is The Check-In Age?
Guests who are checking in must be 21 years of age.
Does The Rate Include Breakfast?
No. The Barista, in the lobby, does have a hot buffet breakfast and a la carte options available for purchase. Seasonally, certain packages may offer a breakfast-inclusive package.
Is There Internet Access?
Yes. WiFi is available in all suites and throughout the resort, including by the poolside Cabana Bar & Grill. This is included in the Resort fee.

Can The Hotel Accept Boxes For A Guest Who Has Not Checked In?
Yes. Package handling is free for up to 5 days held. The package handling fees start at $10 for one small package (under 25 pounds) and $15 for any package over 25 pounds, for every 5 days held. Additional fees for more or larger packages or longer times may apply. Please contact the hotel directly at (407)-956-2000 for the exact fee.
