Bienvenidos a The Point Hotel & Suites. Su comprensión de las políticas de reserva que seguimos para nuestras reservas directas es muy importante para nosotros. Estamos comprometidos a asegurar que cada huésped y cada estancia sea tan fluida y conveniente como debe ser.
GARANTÍA Y PAGO
~ Todas las reservas deben ser pagadas en su totalidad al momento de realizar la reserva.
~ Se requiere una tarjeta de crédito válida para garantizar su estancia.
~ El hotel se reserva el derecho de verificar la validez de la tarjeta de crédito proporcionada al momento de la reserva mediante un proceso de pre-autorización.
~ Si la tarjeta de crédito no pasa el control de pre-autorización, el hotel se reserva el derecho de cancelar la reserva sin previo aviso.
~ Los huéspedes tendrán la oportunidad de proporcionar nuevos datos de una tarjeta de crédito válida tras ser notificados de un intento de pre-autorización fallido.
~ Si no se proporcionan los datos de una nueva tarjeta válida dentro del plazo especificado, el hotel se reserva el derecho de tratar la reserva como inválida y cancelada sin previo aviso.
TARIFAS DE HABITACIÓN Y CARGOS
~ Todas las tarifas de las habitaciones se indican en dólares estadounidenses (USD) por habitación y por noche.
~ Las tarifas incluyen los impuestos estatales y locales aplicables.
~ Se añadirá una tarifa de complejo (resort fee) de $11 por día a todas las reservas.
ENTRADA / SALIDA (CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT)
~ Entrada (Check-In): 4:00 PM
~ Salida (Check-Out): 11:00 AM
~ La entrada anticipada y la salida tardía están sujetas a disponibilidad y pueden incurrir en cargos adicionales.
CANCELACIONES Y NO PRESENTACIÓN (NO-SHOW)
~ Las reservas pueden cancelarse hasta 48 horas antes de la llegada, siempre que las reglas y directrices de la reserva lo permitan.
~ Las cancelaciones realizadas con menos de 48 horas de antelación, o la falta de llegada (no-show), resultarán en el cargo total de la estancia completa.
REQUISITO DE EDAD
Los huéspedes deben tener 21 años o más para realizar el registro de entrada. Se requiere una identificación oficial con fotografía vigente.
MASCOTAS
No se admiten mascotas en la propiedad. Los animales de servicio, tal como los define la ley ADA, son siempre bienvenidos.
Non-Smoking Policy & Damage Fee
The Point Hotel & Suites is proud to offer a 100% smoke-free environment for the comfort and safety of all our guests.Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, balconies, hallways, restrooms, and all common public spaces. This policy applies to traditional cigarettes, cigars, pipes, and all electronic smoking devices (vapes, e-cigarettes, and hookahs).
Designated Areas: Guests who smoke must use the designated outdoor smoking areas located in the parking lot.
Cleaning & Recovery Fee: To cover the extensive cost of restoring a room to its original condition, a $250.00 Non-Refundable Room Recovery Fee will be charged to the credit card on file if any evidence of smoking is found in the guest room. This includes, but is not limited to, the smell of smoke, ash, or cigarette butts.
Compliance: Multiple violations or significant damage may result in the guest being asked to vacate the premises without a refund for the remainder of their stay.

~ A valid credit card is required to guarantee your stay.
~ The hotel reserves the right to verify the validity of the credit card provided at the time of booking through a pre-authorization process.
~ If the credit card fails to pass the pre-authorization check, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation without further notice.
~ Guests will have the opportunity to provide new, valid credit card details after being notified of a failed pre-authorization attempt.
~ If new valid card details are not provided within the specified time frame, the hotel reserves the right to treat the reservation as invalid and canceled without further notice.

~ Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior, or failure to arrive (no-show), will result in a charge for the full stay.
Age Requirement
Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check in. A valid government-issued photo ID is required.
Pets
No pets are permitted on property. Service animals, as defined by the ADA, are always welcome.
