What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

Do you offer early check-in or late check-out?

Early arrivals (before 1:00 PM) or late departures (up to 4:00 PM) are subject to availability and a small convenience fee. Please contact the Front Desk to request these options.

What is the minimum age to check in?

The primary guest must be at least 21 years of age and present a valid government-issued ID and credit card at check-in.

What is the cancellation and no-show policy?

The Point is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all suites and on private balconies. A recovery fee applies for any violations.

Location & Transportation

How far is the hotel from Universal Studios and Epic Universe?

We are located on Universal Blvd, just 1 mile (approximately 5 minutes) from the entrance of Universal Orlando Resort™ and the upcoming Epic Universe.

Is there a shuttle service to the theme parks?

We do not offer a scheduled shuttle service; however, our central location makes ride-sharing (Uber/Lyft) incredibly fast and affordable. Most guests reach the parks in under 10 minutes.

How far is the Orange County Convention Center?

We are located just 2 miles from the North/South Concourse, making us a preferred choice for business travelers and convention attendees.

What is the closest airport?

Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approximately 11 miles away, typically a 20-minute drive depending on traffic.

Suite Amenities & Comfort

Do the suites have full kitchens?

Yes! Our one- and two-bedroom suites feature fully equipped kitchens with a stovetop, microwave, full-size refrigerator, and dishwasher. Our Studios feature convenient kitchenettes.

Is there a washer and dryer in the room?

Our Executive one- and two-bedroom suites include an in-unit washer and dryer, perfect for families and extended stays.

Does the hotel provide housekeeping?

To ensure your privacy, full housekeeping is provided upon request. You may contact the Front Desk at any time for fresh linens, towels, or amenities.

Are cribs or extra beds available?

Cribs/Pack ‘n Plays are available upon request at no extra charge (subject to availability). We do not offer rollaway beds, but our suites feature sleeper sofas to accommodate extra guests.

Resort Facilities & Dining

Is there a resort fee and what does it cover?

Our daily resort fee covers premium guest amenities, including high-speed Wi-Fi, self-parking, fitness center access, and poolside towels.

Is the pool heated?

Yes! Our outdoor tropical pool and whirlpool spa are heated year-round for your enjoyment.

What are the on-site dining options?

Enjoy breakfast and Starbucks® coffee at The Point Café, or head to the Cabana Bar & Grill for poolside cocktails, burgers, and wings. For 24/7 snacks, visit our Grab & Go Market in the lobby.

Are pets allowed?

To maintain a comfortable environment for all guests, we do not allow pets. However, ADA-defined service animals are always welcome.

Family and Group Stays

Are extra beds or cribs available?

Yes, cribs may be available upon request. Rollaway beds depend on room type and availability.

How many people can stay in a room?

Studios are best for two guests, while one- and two-bedroom suites can accommodate families and groups of up to six, depending on configuration.

Is housekeeping provided?

Yes. Housekeeping and fresh linens are included during your stay.
