Convenient Shuttle Service to Universal Orlando

Make your stay stress free with door-to-door shuttle service from The Point Orlando Hotel to Universal Orlando Resort. Enjoy the convenience of our shuttle.

 

Boarding passes are required. Concierge Desk on the Lobby Level is open daily 7 a.m. - 2 p.m. Please stand outside of the front lobby at least 10 minutes prior to departure time.

Please note: In order to best serve every guest, reservations are required and must be made with the concierge desk up to 24 hours in advance or the night prior with the front desk to guarantee transportation on the shuttles. Shuttle availability is first come, first served. Shuttle seating may fill leaving standing-room only. Guests needing wheelchair assistance must make reservations 24 hours in advance. Shuttle times are subject to capacity, traffic and weather conditions and may occasionally run late.


Universal Orlando™

Departures to Universal Orlando™ from The Point is at 8:10 a.m., 9:50 a.m., and 11:50 a.m. daily.
Returns from Universal Orlando™ are at 5 p.m., 6:25 p.m., and 8 p.m. from the transportation hub at Route D.

Shuttle times are subject to capacity, traffic and weather conditions and may occasionally run late. Be at designated area 10 minutes prior to departure. Please note that capacity is limited, and services are provided on a first come, first served basis. Your Resort will not provide reimbursement for transportation service due to missed shuttles. Groups of 10 or more MAY NOT use the courtesy shuttle. There is NO smoking, eating, drinking, strollers or luggage permitted on the shuttle. For riders with disabilities and wheelchairs, please call for a reservation at least two (2) hours prior to boarding. Maximum capacity is two (2) wheelchairs/scooters per pick up per bus.

I-RIDE Trolley

Due to Covid-19 guidelines, Trolleys are operating at limited capacity. Limited service will be available 7 days a week from 8 a.m. - 10:30 p.m. Because of the reduced fleet, please allow for possible longer wait times.
